This case study discussion with Mel Sturk (she/her), Director of Organizational Development at Phoenix Youth Programs, was recorded as part of the Centre's Knowledge Sharing Webinar Series on November 23, 2025.
This session is designed to share knowledge and lessons learned from a project addressing youth homelessness and housing insecurity in the Halifax Regional Municipality. It explores how Phoenix Youth Programs developed a multi-service housing centre for youth, including the creation of 50 new housing units.
