Mohamed AbdAllah
Mohamed Abdallah (he/him) is the CEO and Co-Founder of Connections for Seniors (CFS), a rapidly growing charitable social-impact organization dedicated to ensuring older adults in Newfoundland and Labrador have access to safe affordable housing, dignity, and support. Since launching the organization in 2018 with his own savings and a mission to protect the most vulnerable, Mohamed has guided its transformation into a province-wide leader in seniors’ housing, innovation, and homelessness prevention. Under his leadership, CFS has expanded emergency housing, supportive housing, food security programs, transportation services, and social enterprise development—while pioneering new models such as the Housing Centre, modular housing strategy, and a 20-bed personal care home initiative (first charitable PCH in NL). Mohamed is also a passionate system-level thinker, currently pursuing an MBA in innovation and driving collaborative solutions with government, community partners, and industry to reshape how seniors age safely in their communities.
